Grilled pizza's over charcoal are the only way to go. Certainly, adding a bbq pizza stone to the LotusGrill gives you that added smokey flavour unmatched by conventional ovens. Basically, place the cordierite pizza stone on the LotusGrill bbq and increase the heat to get it as hot as possible so you get a crispy pizza base.

Notably, with a diameter of 29CM, it is perfectly suited to the LotusGrill Standard size bbq. Moreover, the bbq pizza stone absorbs heat and retains and distributes it evenly mimicking a pizzeria's brick oven. The extra hot surface is perfect for baking pizza or flatbreads.

To emulate a mini pizza oven, add the Travel Hood. In addition, raise the temperature to the maximum, 450 - 500 Fahrenheit/ 230 -260 Celsius is perfect. Consequently, the hot air circulates effectively over the whole pizza. The pizza will be ready to eat in minutes!
